Victory, Teamwork and Memories: CNC Tour 2026

Victory, Teamwork and Memories: CNC Tour 2026
14 Jul

On Friday 3rd July, CNC U12s travelled to Butlin’s Bognor Regis for a SCI Netball Tour. With tour tops purchased, we could not wait to go on our first ever CNC tour. From the first moment, we knew we were in for 48 hours of fun, memories and so many laughs.

Success came on and off the court. Playing over two days, the girls came 2nd out of 10 teams on Saturday to go into the Cup Competition. On Sunday, we then played the top 5 teams and managed to come away with an incredible 2nd Place!

When we weren’t playing netball, we were in the Splash swimming pool (for hours…), playing Bingo, on the arcade machines, eating from the delicious buffet restaurant, doing spa nights in the rooms and having fun on the beach.

It was the most special weekend and I want to thank the girls and parent helpers for making it so easy and enjoyable. We were gutted when it ended.

Time to start planning the next one….

CNC is going REGIONAL!

CNC is going REGIONAL!
08 Jun

I cannot believe it, it has been 4 years since we had a regional squad and we have done it again!

Yesterday, our U12s travelled to High Wycombe to play in the Netball South Regional Qualifiers. The standard of teams in attendance was exceptional and we knew we had to play our best to stand a chance. However, from the first whistle, we realised we were highly competitive and equalled the high standard. With a mixture of wins, draws and some losses, the girls dug in and managed to qualify comfortably for Division 2.

We are so so proud of them as a club. They played like their lives depended on it and wore the CNC colours with pride. 2 years ago I could see the potential and spark in these girls and wow have they delivered.

Here we go…..September 2026 is U13 Regional time!

(If your daughter aspires to play high level netball and is currently in Year 7, please do get in touch. We have playing opportunities for all levels).

CNC show their good side at Woodside!

CNC show their good side at Woodside!
08 Jun

On Sunday 7th June, our U11s and U16s (U13s, U14s and U15s) travelled to Burgess Hill to play in the annual Woodside SJNOL Tournament.

In the morning, our U11s showed skill and determination, winning two matches and losing two. They represented CNC so well and made everyone proud, finishing a respectable 4th place overall.

It was the turn of the U16s in the afternoon. We had no U16s due to GCSEs, but made a team of 2 x U13s, 4 x U14s and 2 x U15s. The girls had not played together before as a squad but they quickly gelled and won game after game. Their final game was against Cranleigh U17s, and sadly we lot 4-10. This resulted in an amazing 2nd place overall, only losing to a team 4 years older than our youngest squad members.

Well done to both teams, and thank you Coach Freya for coaching them all day, and to our CNC parents who came and supported. The girls could not do it without you.

Adult Teams enjoying success!

Adult Teams enjoying success!
19 May

We have 3 adult teams in two different Chichester Leagues.

Hurricane in Prem, Thunder in Division 1 and Storm in the Wednesday Night League. All teams are enjoying some great successes and are role models to our junior members.

Hurricane – They were promoted the Prem this season and have so far won 7 of their 10 games!

Thunder – This season we have a more consistent team and the girls are doing so well. They are currently in second, having won 6 and lost 2.

Storm – The league table resets every 7 weeks, but last week they finished 3rd out of 8 teams, their highest finish yet.

So much netball to enjoy, keep going ladies!

If you would like to join one of our adult teams, please do get in touch with Claire on ccawte1@googlemail.com.

Tournament season going pretty well!

Tournament season going pretty well!
19 May

Here at CNC, we LOVE the summer term because it is tournament season! Not only do we attend away tournaments, but this year we are hosting a record 9 tournaments ourselves! We have over 22 clubs attending these tournaments, with 104 teams attending. We hope everyone has loved the tournaments so far, and are looking forward to the ones on the 28th June and 19th July.

U12 and U15 Magic Tournaments

Our girls went all out on the glitter and also shone on the netball courts. It was a great day with great netball.

U16 CNC Tournament

Our U16 squad had a great day, dominating many matches and narrowly missing out on the top spot to Waverley Vipers. The girls took a well deserved second place.

U12 CNC Tournament

Our U12s were undefeated all day, with 7 wins and 1 draw. This meant it came down to goal difference to steal the win, and Eastbourne just pipped us. The girls took away the silver medals.

U15 CNC Tournament

Our newly formed team, many of who had not played many matches for CNC before, came together at this tournament. We had a slow start but grew with each match and with 5 wins, 2 losses but a valuable bonus loser point, the girls came away with second place. A fantastic result for this group.

U9 CNC Tournament

Our mixed U7-U9 team did a brilliant job, winning some and losing some close matches. The progression in this group is amazing and we were super proud of them.

There is very little time to rest with more tournaments coming up before we break up for the summer, these include:

NRG U12 Tournament

CNC U10, U11 and U13 Tournaments

SJNOL U11 and U16 Tournaments

CNC Adult Tournament

CNC Walking Netball Tournament

Tournament season has BEGUN!

Tournament season has BEGUN!
30 Apr

We love tournament season here at Chichester Netball Club. Long days under a gazebo with your teammates, time to really bond as a team, both on and off court. So far we have attended 2 tournaments and have placed in the Top 3 of both.

U11s in the Hatch Warren Tigers Tournament:

3rd

The girls played superbly. They won 8 games out of 10 to come a strong 3rd. Well done girls.

U15s in the CNC U16 Tournament:

2nd

The girls fought hard to win all games except one, against the eventual winners. They are a great bunch, from our U14-U16 squads, and they deserved the silver medals.

We coach all ages and abilities at Chichester Netball Club and every member is coached to reach their full potential. We do not do trials, if we have space and someone wants to work on their netball or learn netball for the first time, we welcome them in. Of course, we also offer high level competition, often doing very well at County Level and also in the local adult leagues.

It is a real pleasure to coach all ages, from 5 years old to our amazing Walking Netballers. If you would like to know more about us, please do get in touch.
